I’m not sure I would even give the office one star. After multiple testimonies from friends and others in the area saying they had bad experiences with this office, I tried to give the benefit of the doubt since they have changed ownership and are working toward becoming a Sprout Dental location. However, the same staff remains. Upon entering the office, the receptionist checked us in under the wrong name, not verifying address or telephone or birthdate or insurance to ensure she had the right patient. Another member of the office came out of the hallway right up to me and told me a random copay amount for the day, further confusing me and the whole situation, only to find out she was talking to the wrong patient (and also not the one they incorrectly checked in). They would not allow me back with my daughter, though myself and my daughter requested it. We gave the office a shot because it is much closer and my daughter needed a crown put back on, so we couldn’t wait too long. After the work was finished, the assistant walked her out and told me to watch what she was eating because it could happen again, and that’s why this happened- I assured her that wasn’t why, because my daughter has a medical condition that causes her to throw up anytime she has the things listed, and because I was with her when it fell out, while reading bed time stories. Our home office told us last year when another came off, that because she is petite, the smallest crowns are still a little big for her so it would likely happen again and to be watchful for it. This assistant gave intense push back insisting my daughter was sneaking lollipops and candy which caused this, and that I wouldn’t even know if she did. It was extremely discouraging, terribly disorganized, and it was NOT a welcoming environment. Three other moms in the lobby at the time made remarks along the same lines. I would NOT recommend using this office and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your family’s dental care.
