I bought a jacket during their Black Friday sale of an additional 50% sale price which I know is final sale, but it came with a giant hole in the pocket! I can't even put my hand in it without it going through the hole. When I tried to exchange it for a non-damaged one they told me I couldn't because it was final sale.. what the heck?? So they left me with no choice but to have a damaged jacket. Poor poor customer service.

There is street parking as well, though that area tends to be very congested. It tends to be 2-3 hours.
