The staff are so nice and the woman who helped us find a communion dress for my daughter treated us like family. Very warm and welcoming environment and lots of beautiful dresses to choose from. Overall excellent customer service and a wonderful experience shopping here!!

Good dress shop but customer service in regard to alterations BAD. I bought a dress there my son's wedding in June 2014. They told me to wait till prom season was over to get my alterations so I did. Picked up my dress and the alterations were not done correctly at all. Instead of fixing the top of my dress correctly Angie said to turn the neckline into a boat neck which would have had me fixing and adjusting it all night. Called Manager to get satisfaction and she refused. Had to take my dress elsewhere and tailor only had 1 week before the big day so I paid 2x's for alterations. Do Not Go There. NO Star Rating- it would not let me do a no star rating as I wanted to post this review.

We been to about 10 different dress boutiques in the Tri-State area (some we visited twice) and found nothing we liked. We’re here 5 minutes and we find the perfect dress!!!! The staff was amazing & so helpful. Will definitely be back next year for Senior Prom!! #sherrihill👗
