I had great experiences with this company for years, then last year I was unable to reach them by phone, on their website or email. I suspect they have gone out of business, but can't find out for sure.

Item purchased was damaged (broken) in shipping to me. Unable to reach customer service by phone or email at this time. Called in October and they communicated by email without replacing the item and it is now February. I am not a satisfied customer.

I have been calling repeatedly throughout the month of April 2018. I never reach anyone, no live person ever answers, and everyone's mailbox is full and cannot take a message. Has Clay Designs Inc. gone out of business? Please advise.
