Literally hate it here only been living here for 2 or 3 months and I already wanna move out. I've seen way too many roaches, spiders and other random bugs. When I first got to the apartment it looked like they didn't clean anything and just painted over stuff. The laundry room was absolutely terrible there was a trail of ants and I saw some roaches. I saw a review from six years ago saying that this place is infested with roaches and it still is so I don't understand why y'all haven't done anything yet. It just seems like the staff doesn't care and is very unprofessional. I wish my mom looked at the reviews before getting this place it is just absolutely terrible and I hope we can move out soon.

The lack of communication with these people or ridiculous! I put $100 down 2 months ago and they been giving me the run around ever since. Saying they never received my application how so ? When i physically went down there and filled it out and gave you guys a money order. Really thinking about taking it to court just so i can get my money back smh !

The complete breakdown of communication of this place is just terrible. We applied, put in a holding fee and then when we are told it was canceled, it was for such an arbitrary reason. After sending an Abundance of required information. Apparently they did not ask ALL three of us of us for 6 months of bank statements when it was SPECIFFICALY requested of only me. After weeks of trying to contact the office, leaving voice mails, and NEVER getting a response, they canceled our application. They then lied saying they tried several times to call us, which not a single number from any of them are on our records or even a voice message left as proof. They now are keeping our holding fee. Its a Scam. "Excellence At Every Level" in the exception of communication.

I applied paid my application fee online with the application fee and now a week later they saying they going to mail my holding deposit back…. Which is dumb because I didn’t give y’all cash!!!!! Lol yea this place seems off

They sure get the tax break for working with low-income housing programs. I suggest calling the main office and asking them. Cut out the middle man altogether. I apologize, i don't have their phone number on hand. You can find the number on their website. http://www.elevateattowngate.com
