Maytag has their own repair person .There is only 1 in all the A . V. my problem is we purchased a brand new Maytag with an extended warranty. We are a f!mily of only 3 but my mother has been very ill for about 6 months .I work I take my son to his things and deal we my mothers care. I've been without a washer for 2 weeks so far finally saw repair guy on friday . My new washer needs a mother board will be at least 2 more weeks without a washer. I don't have enough hrs in a day to go to laundry mat much less have extra money for that . I think someone should replace my washer with a new one and keep the p.s. I have now.

We as consumers always pay the price, retailers have to make money as well to support the company and its employees, and when customers and employees steal, the only thing left for them to do is pass it on to the consumers, if they don't then then lose money and eventually go out of business.
