Gavin is great!! I get online orders from McDonald’s all the time. Staff is very friendly. Everytime I go to McDonald’s and Gavin is working I always get the best food.

It still amazes me an advertised 24 hour operation is not open 24 hours. My shift has me leave for work at 345am, and I drive out of my way to stop only to find it closed more often than not. In fact, I inquired about that to an arm swingin' thumb snappin' slightly effeminate manager and was told that it was a staffing issue. Sounds like a management problem to me. I dunno, big company, big profits, less care for their brand. I'm not expecting 5 star dining, but it being just "edible" shouldn't be expected either. I shouldn't have to take out a small loan to take my family to eat there. The area would starve if a big mac was outlawed. Does anyone still cook like mom did? Very few I'm sure. Just look at taco bell's lines in the drive thru. What's that tell you about the dependence on grease ball burgers. I love em; an addict to the disdain of fast junk. A slave to the utter convenience of filling up on thousands of calories. My mouth waters to think of the freshly cooked, super oily hotness of divinity. My god, what would we do without it?? I suspect live longer.

I mean... It's McDonald's. You either love it or hate it. They've installed self-serve kiosks and urge the use of their mobile app. There's only one register there. I stood at the register for a couple of minutes without being acknowledged, so I resorted to the kiosk. Meh.

Your app states the location at franklin villiage is open - i drive 15 miles out of my way to go there and its closed!!! This is twice now. With gas at $5 a gallon and my vehicle getting 15mpg - thats over $20 i have wasted going to your store - when your app and your info on google maps tells me its open. That is wrong! I work hard for my $ and i trusted your company. Its not right, its not fair and its unethical business practice to make your customers lose $ just for wanting your product

Thats odd, my neighbor b4 they moved, well still do just somewhere else, was always hitting up the mcds late Said only did window svc n better to get certain kind of sandwiches bc they dont make certain ones after inside closes and ones like that leftover are lukewarm n sold till run out, cant remember which ones its been awhile, maybe your order included ones they ran out of? Which they should've said so, so idk i would asked manager next time by there!
Manager is also very rude.
