I made an appointment over the phone for two pedicures for 5:30pm (earlier this day). We waited 40 minutes for one of us to be seated. 25 minutes later my mom's pedicure was done and I was still waiting to be seated. I ended up leaving. There was nothing special about the techs. The only two employees who made an effort to interact with customers were Kevin and the other male tech. They seemed really nice. Other observations: there is nowhere for incoming customers to sit, the nail polishes were unorganized, no visible service/ price menu. My rating is based on the facts I was able to get an appointment over the phone the day-of, the prices seemed to be reasonable, and the place was busy so I assume that people love the work.
