Friendly staff. I was able to rent and return the car quickly. Especially no hassles about return fuel, dings or anything else. I always take care of the rentals but some places like to try to get you to pay for things that were already there. Not here. Very honest.

Had a last minute change to my reservation but the gentleman that runs the place took care of me anyways and even upgraded my rental. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Yes, they do prioritize customers dropping off vehicles, but to me, that makes sense. They need to clean and maybe gas them which takes longer than renting one...they also need to add to their available inventory for other customers. Overall I am very satisfied and will return.

Booked a vehicle here only to show up and be told they have no inventory. Zero vehicles. Both my wife and I left work early to rent the vehicle. The employee was incredibly rude. A quick glance at the reviews here reveals this is a problem that has been going on for years. Please, don't waste your time here.
