What’s the point of online check In when they still put other people ahead of you. I checked in at 25 minutes to be served, started driving towards the location, only to see I was 104 minutes to be served. If anyone knows of a location that respects the online check in, I’ll be more than happy to take my business to them.

I keep my hair short, just above my shoulders. Super simple. No layers or anything. I got my haircut here last summer because I just needed a trim and thought I’d try. It was not great and I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I tried it again recently because I thought maybe someone else could do it. Literally just need a trim, one length, no layers. This second time was AWFUL. The hair that framed my face was a different length than the hair in the back. And the hair in the back had weird layers. I also had to go elsewhere to have that cut fixed. Don’t try to save yourself a few bucks by coming here.

Somebody needs to send the short lady with the barber tattoo back to barber school or check if she’s even gone to barber school.Multiple times I told her 1 inch only and when I confronted her about it she said 2 inches isn’t a lot and it’s still long, I straight up told her finish the hair cut because I was just done.let me tell you 2 inches is more than 1 inch when it comes to cutting hair it doesn’t take a barber or genius to get that this is the first time I’m leaving a bad review and although I feel mean I feel as if it is deserve the next time I go in straight up telling her that I don’t want a haircut from her.

Sorry for this review feel bad but it has to be said We are great clips people but this last trip was the worst possible i told lady how to cut my sons hair exact and she responded with some type of Barber talk i was not aware of and ruined sons hair long story short alot a yelling but she did try to at least make hair some what function but cut more hair than wanted and made my sons hair Terrible So be aware that what you ask for might not be what they double check back to you asked for They said they was confirming whAt i wanted I said what does that mean i am not a barber Just do what i asked in the first place
