I was so surprised , I went here for my Pre-op and Surgery, I can not say enough of how wonderful the staff treated me, From the moment I walked in the greeter treated me so kind got me right back.All my test were sent to my doc ASAP. So day of surgery All went perfect, Bridgette from The Comprehensive Spine & Nero Center followed me all the way thru to me leaving the hospital, Her care , info she helped me with was just beyond helpful & kind.So day of surgery Margo was one of my OR nurses, she was training a gal named Sandy, they both were excellent with care, I can't say enough of all the team players getting me ready for the surgery. I couldn't remember there names. Dr Asghar was my surgeon, I can't say enough about him, He is the best and has the best team who goes with him, I love Katherine & Veronica, Just wow with the care they give me, Ok Marissa was my night nurse , lol She had to put up with all my issues of talking her ears off, She is so kind, smart professional, gave me the best care ever, as did my day nurse Darian, I drove her crazy with questions, she could not of been more helpful , kind, knows her stuff, She is always running to help others and her patients, So smart, yet patient & kind. Anthony was my guy with PT, again so sweet, good looking lol,, had so much patience with me, Even the house keeping staff . They really work so hard, and the Health aids, Hardee was her first day and she was always right there to bring me water , & what ever else I needed,Marilynn also was great with her care. Again, Thank you to everyone here for the Special care and kindness you gave me!

My niece went to this hospital via rescue. The lack of care that she received was totally unacceptable. After being there for 45 minutes I had to call on the phone to ask the nurse to check for lung sounds. After verifying that she was wheezing, she still did not receive a treatment. I called back to find out why she was not receiving a treatment, I was told by Tawanda the nurse that it was because another patient was being intubated. So I asked if someone is in respiratory distress, there is only one person in the hospital to administer a treatment. I was told yes. I left work to get my niece out of that place. Don’t EVER go to this hospital!!!!! The nurse manager was also very cold and arrogant.
