Facility mismanaged by an incompetent property manager and ineffective Board. Condo fees are exorbitant considering the overall condition of grounds and facilities. Ridiculous rules and regulations have made living here for the past 3 years a most unpleasant experience; prospective buyers should definitely "steer clear" of this place!

Second, you need to go to the main office between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. The office is located between the tennis court and the pool
