Pines Property Management is an expensive company. Their management, legal, accounting and administrative fees exceed 1.6 million annually but they are always RAISING FEES. The budget for their tiny executive staff is over $920,000 per year. All ethnic groups contribute, but it appears that from landscapers to administrative staff it seems that mainly Hispanics are employed. So when you call you may get someone whose English vocabulary is limited and can't properly explain things which can be somewhat frustrating.

Any neighborhood that hires them has to be afraid of them because they literally don’t know what they’re doing. A bunch of terrible understaffed badly organized company with terrible attitudes toward residents who have lived in the community since 1996!!!!!

Lack of care for anyone but their own personal gain. They resend the same emails over and over again when you’re trying to resolve an issue….
