Very satisfied with service provided last Friday, bathrooms were serviced on time and the faulty bathroom was replaced before the day ended. Jeremy was very helpful and had great customer service.

The first several times this service was A-1. Used to have a family member that worked there too. Unfortunately, the last time I had service the individual showed up and messed up. He emptied the tanks on my RV then somehow reversed it and black water filled my bathtub, very disgusting. Not only that the driver tried to hit on my girlfriend who was on site while I was working. I called to complain and Jose the dispatch said that they would refund my account. A day had past without any activity to my account. I was in contact days later with another lady who let me know that they were going to credit my account. I was upset because it took them days to reconcile the issue. I called again to let them know I was not only dissatisfied with their service but their customer service as well. Jose let me know that they were going to credit my account so the next time I wouldn’t pay full price but in the beginning said they would refund me. So after that I asked for a full refund because they obviously didn’t take it very serious. The driver made my girlfriend really uncomfortable and that’s not fair for anybody to have to deal with when a service comes to your home. Today I tried to call and set up the service to give them a chance to redeem themselves but was let down by one of the reps letting me know that the driver only services on Friday and was booked, which is not true because of past service and that they wouldn’t be able to schedule me until the next Friday. Clearly I’m being black balled. I also remember they had a lawsuit not too long ago about not properly disposing of their waste they’ve collected. Overall dissatisfied.
