Well, to start with, my family & I have stayed at this hotel many, many times over the past umpteen years. We've always been treated more like family than guests. Rooms are always clean and fresh. The staff is very friendly. It's great to be greeted with a smile and even a hug. Like I said, we've been here numerous times. SUSIE, who's now working at the desk, has been a wonderful asset to your company. There are many others who make us feel welcome as well. Just too many to name. Never had a issue that wasn't tended to immediately and no fuss. Thanks for all your hard work, we appreciate it very much.

We were happy to end up here on our trip. We were driving a Uhaul truck, and towing a car, so parking at hotels has always been a big concern on this trip. They have a nice lot for larger vehicles in a side lot (not the same entrance as you would pull up to check in). Also, it is very close and easy on and off to I-80. Staff was friendly. Breakfast included fresh waffles, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal packets, cold cereal, and some other baked items. For the price, we were more than happy.

We spend the bight her a couple times per year in a hot tub room. The location is safe, really clean & the staff is great. They are pet friendly too.. we take rottweiller with us eveywhere.

First off, all the staff I met were friendly and helpful, so they get 5 stars. That said, the building should be condemned, knocked down, and not rebuilt here. The most positive thing I can say about the rooms is that the hot water in the showers was appropriately hot. If you're a very heavy sleeper, and don't mind strange stenches, hard beds, and long drives, this may be the place to stay.
