If you're looking to bring your pet here as a first timer, it's going to be extremely difficult and in my experience impossible. For first time patients they only schedule appointments 1 week in advance. So they ask you to call in on Mondays to schedule an appointment. I've called in every Monday for the past 5 weeks(5-10 minutes after they open), and EVERY week the response has been "sorry the doctor was out sick last week, try again next Monday"
