Cottage was able to get me in quickly for a follow-up visit after my cat had a minor procedure at the emergency vet. Staff was friendly, kind, efficient. They explained everything I needed to know about her condition. Fee was reasonable. It's a small place without indoor seating, but there are benches on a shaded porch or you can wait in your vehicle. The wait was not long. Overall highly satisfied with my experience.

The worst experience I have ever had they verbally insulted me called the animal control on me for refusing their outrageous treatment amount. I have gone to this vet for many many years. One year ago all the reviews were very positive but not now reviews are not good. I had a bad Experience this time. My dog is a rescue and The way they carried my Pet into the bldg was not caring for the dog. When they brought my pet to my car a 4 inch hunk of hair was dangling from her face and fell off! They did not tell me anything about the visit. They just wanted $50.00. I’m not sure what has happened to this clinic?
