I go to McDonald's just about 5 days a week. The servers working taking your order, collecting the payment and employees at the window that gives you your order. There all pleasant and accommodating. The owner should repair the water that runs down from the roof onto the customers vehicle. Impossible to drive a convertible under the drive through.

Why did they put in the 2nd speaker set -up the two into one thing? I can't see how it is any faster...
I used to work for McDonald's a good while back, not this one, but another one, and 99% of the time they will, within reason accomodate via freshly made product or refund in order to maintain good customer relations.
