First of all, the general manager, whom I think is named Jessica, was acting a bit un-professional and rude towards another employee, she was giving passive aggressive comments, and was trying to make light of a “serious issue”. Despite that everyone else provided excellent customer service. The store was a pretty organized, I was able to find everything I needed, which I’ll give credit. Personally, if I ever had a bitter manager like that , I’ll take offense to it, and quit on the spot.
