I have been going to this office for about 10 years in 2020 I try to make an appointment. Not only were the people rude and we’re not helpful and really didn’t care so I ended up going to another Optical place. 2021 I’m trying to make an appointment it’s been my fourth time attempting to make an appointment that only other people not helpful I have not been able to make an appointment I am currently looking for another place to get my eyes checked and it’s a real shame because they have all my history and I really did like the doctor.

i’ve never seen a place with such horrible customer service. it’s terrible. also, a year back one of the workers made fun of my name because it sounded like a boys name. so unprofessional.
