Ordered on 7/15 with usual 25% tip (email receipt) but my bank shows they charged an extra 60 cents? Not a big deal, but I'll never order again.

The food is ok. But I hate the way they shake people down for tips over the phone. I will never order from this place again. Usually, establishments earn their tips with good business. But they way they ask if there’s a tip for the driver over the phone?? It’s f’k them for life. Two thumbs way down

I wanted fried dumplings. Asked for it specifically. But they kept steaming them. C'mon guys. Bad customer service

My sister and I went to go order the special mei fun or something like that and the cashier asked us TWICE if we wanted it spicy and we said yes both times. But when we got home and started to open it we noticed that it was super white and had no spice whatsoever so we added some of the sauces and it got even worse. This has happened multiple times whenever I go out with family. Sometimes they do get it right but when they don’t it’s terrible. One star.
