We lived in Stamford Corers a little less than 6 years from 2014 to 2020. It's been a little less than a year since we moved out but I just read some reviews that are the opposite of my experiences and wanted to share mine. My interaction with the manager Jonida was always positive. She is very responsive, professional, fair and kind. She's the best property manager that I have ever interacted with. Before she joined in 2015, the management team was unorganized and was a mess. I still remember that she called me when she just started to learn and improve things. And that was the start of the history! The maintenance team lead by Franco is top notch. There is nothing Franco cannot fix in a timely manner. The property is located at a very convenience location. Before COVID-era, the shuttle service to the metro station was very convenient (not sure what it's like nowadays).

I lived in this amazing building for two years and it was the best experience of my life! The place is always clean and the scent is like a fancy hotel lobby. Jonida was always there to help and to organize great events for the community. The management was always making new improvements and bringing new technologies to the common areas. I loved the furniture and how they took care of the whole building but also my unit. I would always recommend this place. Thank you!Maria J. Stamford Corners is a great renting location: - Staff is friendly, helpful and very responsive - Maintenance requests are placed through an app and are usually completed within the next day - Community is quiet and pet friendly - Building and amenities are well maintained My wife and I spend 3 years in this community and had no complaints.
