Please DO NOT buy front hem! If you will have an issue with the mattress they wont do anything. We payed close to 10,000$ for our matrass, my back hurts! And they wont replace the matress!

It is the worst castomer service. Anna she is a layer, unprofessional and very rude. She refused to give me bed cover for my matress that I paid for, when I come back to store to pick it up, because she forgot to give it to me during my first visit. Anna told me that she already did. She just laid. She stole my money. I'm definitely will take her to the small claim court.

I went to the store at 1423 Wilshire in Santa Monica. Ana went out of her way to help me. She didn't rush me. She understood what I was looking for and she did not try to push something totally different to me. I truly appreciated her help and guidance. I would highly recommend.
