Decent, most restaurants post Covid at best are just decent. Though the rating is much better than anywhere in Los Angeles which best rating would be 2 but most common is 1.

Food is yummy here! We were a table of 6 and EVERYONE loved their meal. The service was excellent! The wait staff was VERY friendly, and attentive. Definitely will return!!!

Yes, as of May 26, dine in is available by reservation only. I was there on the 26th :-)
I believe that directive is "highly suggested" at the moment. Individual cities and counties are enforcing their own similar codes.
They may like dogs...just not in the restaurant. They do have a few bistro tables and chairs out front. I've not seen anyone eating out front, but I suppose it's possible.
Yes, gluten free medium pizza, and gluten free pasta. I ordered the baked ziti with gluten free pasta.
