Great location. Staff have been working here for 20 plus years some of them. Very kind friendly and fast. I used a coupon that comes in the mail for a buy one get one free and all together we spend about $15 on breakfast for two ( although I got spicy delicious burger) My favorite location by far! And the German crepes are amazing! Don't forget to ask for items that are not on the menu, they may have it

Fast, clean, great customer service (bilingual). It was busy but the waitress was fast and my eggs were cooked over medium perfectly, big portions too!

It certainly is in my opinion I think it’s one of the very best IHOPs that I ever stopped in to if you’re in the neighborhood good luck with the menu because they have so much to offer! The staff waitresses Chef’s are so intensely involved in this particular IHOP I will see you soon that’s a fact. Thank you loyal customer
