Good customer service I had the chicken parm hero the bread was the star it was nice and crispy but stil soft not chewy ... the chicken was good the cheese was good and the sauce was good all around good experience ...

Ordered a cheese pizza, which was overcooked, Garlic knots that were bland and dry, marinara was water. It's sad that the best part of the whole order was the Cherry Pepsi, especially given im not a fan of Pepsi. Only 'good' thing was place and Slice were on the same page as far as delivery goes. Was my first order, trying to find good pizza after moving out here recently from Middletown, also my last. Franco's does better, despite not having Garlic knots available to order online(if at all).

First of all, I have had many problems with this establishment. A few of examples...I ordered a half of a buffalo chicken pizza, but they charge you for a full, even though you aren't getting the product. The cashier was extremely confused and said that was 'what she told to do'. Why are they charging for something they are not providing you?! Second, I got extremely sick from their chicken Ceasar wrap. 3rd and the newest...they are now charging you $2.50 for using a debit or credit card! Many more pizza and Italian restaurants to go to in the area! Save yourself the frustration, thickness and thievery!
