I PURCHASED SOME PARTS ON 05/24/2022 AND IT WAS EVERYTHING IN STOCK, BUT TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING I SENT AN EMAIL ASKING THE POSTAGE, THEY RESPONDED THAT IT WOULD BE ARRIVING DIRECT FROM THE FACTORY ON 06/07/2022 BUT WHEN I PURCHASED THE INFORMATION IT WAS IN STOCK FOR THIS REASON EVEN IF I MADE THE PURCHASE BECAUSE IT WOULD BE RETURNING TO BRAZIL ON 06/14/2022, AND FINALLY I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE THEM AND I VERIFY THAT IF I CANCEL I STILL HAVE A CHARGE OF 25% OF THE PARTS , I MADE THE PURCHASE BECAUSE I VERIFY IN THE COMMENTS THAT THE DELIVERY WAS ON TIME, THE STORE POLICY SAYS THAT THE SEPARATION IS 2 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE ORDER BUT IN MY CASE THAT WAS NOT WHAT HAPPENED .... I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I placed the order on 12 April 2022 and on 20 April 2022 I had everything delivered to my address. Goods in order everything as I imagined. The only thing wrong is any additional communication with the company, absolutely no one responds to emails. The idea of having to make a claim is scary. This is something the company should definitely improve, communication with the customer. No one has responded to my emails to date.
