We confirmed a Camry on line we got there no Camry available.. we had to pay more for a RAV4;we never wanted.. manager claims on line it says to call and confirm availability... Website is old and out of date.. didn't offer anything better we had to pay for less quality.. manager was rude and unaccommodating enterprise across the street.. was much better experience easy check in and out... Offer great quality cars... Toyota manager in Miami lakes needs to be fired .. Toyota rental in Hollywood was much better experience

Hello Mr. Marron, Vans and SUV'S as well as regular cars vary in price depending on the season. The rental rates sometime double when the supply is low and the demand is high. This is why you should always enter the rental dates on rental companies website or call directly to get an accurate quote. The answer to your other question as far as why we ask for a reservation deposit on vans and SUV'S is a simple one. We do not overbook vans and SUV's as many companies do. In the rental business there is 15-20% no show average so rental companies will overbook in order maximize their utilization. We do not overbook. We hold your Van or SUV with your credit card on file much like an airlines would hold your seat on a plane except we do not charge the card, we do a credit card authorization which then reverts to your security deposit when you arrive to pick up your vehicle. This way your are assure that you get the vehicle you reserved not something similar. Hope this answers your question.
