I'm a Tire Kingdom customer for over 25 years, By far the Tire Kingdom on West sample road in Pompano Beach was the best experience i ever had. The Manger was not in at the time but KHARI B. Showed total ownership ship of his store. It started by a simple pleasant smile 🙂 which most Tire Kingdoms don't know how to do that anymore! Hes a true professional he took time to answer all my questions. and with the help of "Joe" Joseph doing my oil change on my Cadillac XT5 they had me out in 20min... Thank you guys GREAT JOB! Came in for a conventional oil change, which my car has used since I bought it. I saw on the web site a coupon for $21 oil change, so I brought it in. It wasn't till I received the bill that I saw I was being charged $70. I asked for an explanation and they said that's only for conventional oil, they gave me blend. I was not made aware of the up charge. Then they said my car did not take conventional. So, I was ineligible for the coupon. I explained that is not true since every other shop I've taken it to has done that no problem. It's a manufacturer recommendation , not mandatory! Eventually, they yielded and gave me a discount bringing my total down to $50, which is still over double what I expected to pay. TLDR; Untrustworthy business practices. Bait and switch

Service guys steal change out of your car. Do not put the wheel locks back on. I asked for my wheel locks and claimed I never had them. Customer service is horrible at this location. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Thank me later.
