These people are the best. I've used them for several years now when visiting Delray, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Personal attention has extended to driving me back to my house after I returned a car, offering to come out to help me when I couldn't figure out how to start my car (embarrassing! I worked it out before they had to come rescue me) and - wonder of all wonders - actually being a human at the end of a phone line that is actually in the actual office. Renting couldn't be easier. There is hardly ever a line, and they are easy to get to from the airports (take TriRail). Don't be a mug and stand for hours at the airports, then fight through I-95 to get to Delray. Kyler, Kadian, Ali, Aime, all the rest - thank you. My biggest fear is that corporate rent-a-car world will discover your great personal service and put a stop to it!

I had a claims reservation, and called every enterprise from boca to Delray and couldn’t seem to get any help from any of them. whether they couldn’t find my reservation or etc.. 🙄 But when I got to the location on 6th Ave I felt like I was in another world. I found 3 of the most friendliest, funny, polite enterprise employees by the name of Brandon, Verna and ESPECIALLY Kadian 🙂. There was no hassle. They took their time to look up the reservation they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed 😌. I want to thank all 3 of the employees at 959 se 6th Ave keep up the GREAT job 🙂💕
