Great place. But all employees wont help you they rather play on there phone. And corporate tells them to sell broken guitars. When employees say its bad and dont want to sell it.

You can return it before 14 days. Stand return policy. Ones I bought a Jackson 5 string bass and they give me 45 days return policy just because was the stock one and we check it before purchase it.
Generally tuning is free. They would only charge if it required a setup in order to get it tuned. Or if it needed strings.
Talk to Ryan. He's not only knowledgeable, he's humble about how much he knows and what he can do. And what he can do outperforms 99% of luthiers.
Depends on price. Many different strings to choose from.
I have not seen them there. Check the app. Anything they can get will be found in app and can be shipped there if it's not locally stocked.

Fixed bridge I'd say they probably wouldn't charge you. Floating bridge is a different story. If they do charge it wouldn't be anything unreasonable. Ryan is an amazing tech and he could have a fixed Bridge restrung, stretched and tuned in the time it takes me to carelessly stab the high e string under my fingernail.
