Front office staff is the worst. Will put you on hold forever and hope you hang up! Called and asked to speak with the office manager and was put on hold for over 15 minutes, I hing up and called back to speak with office manager and was told she was gone for the day. The doctors are ok but who wants to feel sick and get treated so horrible by the person answering the phones. Dr Poom should really consider replacing her. I have switched doctors just so I never have to call that office again.

This doctor's office is a joke. Don't bother, tried to get FMLA paperwork filled out to help my father and they gave me the run around for about two weeks already. The office looks unprofessional, the receptionist is unprofessional as well. Time to for another doctor!
