This review is based on my Barnes & Noble website experience. The worst customer service assistance I've ever had! I love the brick and mortar Barnes & noble, but please avoid the customer service and online purchase options, you will be set down a rabbit hole without ever getting what you need. Just awful!

Love it. 2 stories. Brought the girls. They loved it. It is a little hot though. They could def. Make it cooler, we probably would have stayed longer and bought more. We got 3 books, colored pens and cafe to go, too hot to stay and enjoy.

Tracy from customer service ignored my boyfriend after telling him he couldn’t get rung up at customer service and then rung someone else up instead, then she followed us upstairs, very uncomfortable and then followed us down stairs and interrupted the cashier as i was ringing up to give us her opinion on how we should bag our items, we were buying gifts for each other so we wanted separate bags. Her customer service input was negative and not a good fit for the stores appearance.

Haven't ever seen anyone who wasn't permitted to study or work at one of the tables. There are quite a few outlets to charge devices as well.

Yes everytime I have gone I have seen it. It's kind of hidden on the second floor hidden in a corner. Hope this helps :)
