I came to change my car’s oil and They forgot to put the seal screw back!!! Just 10 feet from the store, my car stopped working and it’s not turning on… I’ve lost all day here and I don’t know if I’m gonna lose my car too! BMW service manager told me on the phone it’s possible. This is unbelievable. Nobody should come here.

I purchased a Groupon voucher and the refused to honor it by claiming that my car only takes synthetic oil (13 Toyota Camry). When I asked for an upgrade they wanted to charge $80 while voucher for synthetic oil are selling for $55 for the same store.

Awful. They drilled out the bolt in my oil pan and now I have to replace the oil pan at a charge of $500!
