Ms. Cynthia Morales with Santa Barbara Auto Group is AMAZING! We returned to our former home town, Santa Barbara, for our daughter’s beautiful wedding and my wife and I stopped by Santa Barbara Auto Group for an extra key to our Land Rover. It was after hours and the parts department was closed but we were greeted by the very professional Ms. Cynthia Morales. We had an informative and enjoyable conversation with Cynthia and we were impressed with her product knowledge. My wife and I were happy with what we learned and told Cynthia we really didn’t care about the key anymore. Ms. Morales asked a few questions and let us know she would be in touch soon with information. We had an AMAZING experience with Jimmy from Santa Barbara Auto Group. He went above and beyond our expectations. We drove 5 hours to come see the vehicle and Jimmy constantly checked in to make sure we were okay. Upon arrival, the process took less than an hour.
