Just traded in my old car and picked up a new BMW from Santa Barbara Motor Group and the transaction was seamless. I don't think I was there longer than an hour before I drove off w/ my new car. Customer service was top notch, they didn't peddle extras like extender service or warranty contracts, so paint sealant, undercoating or scotch-guard nonsense. Will certainly do business w/ the again. Chris Nelson was a pleasure to work with.

We cannot say enough good things about Santa Barbara Auto Group and Jeff Knepp!! Absolutely phenomenal. We have purchased so many cars throughout the years and this was by far the best experience! Jeff Knepp was so responsive and answered any questions we had right away. He was beyond professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
