I went in for dry ice. They told my to go through the only checkout line that was open. There were 5 people in line already. I didn’t have 30 Min to wait so I asked again a girl who was just standing around. She told me that he was the only one with a scale. I asked if we could use the self checkout and she said no. I then ask if there was another checker also to help the other customers waiting in line and speed it up for us all. She said there was no other checker. This is pathetic. Teach your employees some customer service and train some other people how to run a check stand.

I prefer doing pickup and used to go the Draper location and hardly ever had issues with them. But this location is closer so I’ve been using them and DEFINITELY am going back to driving further and going to Draper. 1. They often pick the worst produce! I get it every once in awhile, but I’ve had a bad experience almost everytime. Rotten strawberries, over ripe kiwis, soft apples, etc. 2. I’ve ordered two salad kits. One was expired and the other was missing all the toppings 3. I just ordered a fruit drink today and went to take a big swig and immediately had to spit it out. It was expired by almost 2 weeks! Once again, I get that accidents happen. But this is too many “accidents”. I get that I could just return the items, but there is a reason I’m doing pickup… definitely not going back
