I will NEVER call them again, tech Dave DIDN'T SHOW UP for two appointments, I called on Monday to make an appointment and the office lady said they're all booked up untill Thursday, then she said I will add you for Wednesday's appointments so you should expect thech that day. Came in Wednesday NO one showed up, I called the shop again they told me that my appointment is Thursday! NO PROBLEM, Waiting for Dave to come in and fix the washer machine NO HOPE, I called him and left voice messages and all what I got is NOTHING, I called this morning Friday and the lady told me that she doesn't know where's the miss communication but she will try to schedule me on Saturday. I SAID NO, CANCEL THE SERVICE and this was my experience with this shop that have me wait for a week to fix the machine and NO HOPE.

Refrigerator problem. Rick came. Diagnosed the issue, told us the cost and went to work. Very personable and professional. Had to order a part so it took a second trip. He found the part installation was not practical and worked around it, saving me money. I would definitely call Appliance Man again. They are honest and very expert, Rick especially. I heartily recommend them.

They can fix almost anything. Just give them a call and tell them your needs and they can send a repair man over.
Our trip and diagnosis is $79.95. At that point we will put together a quote for repair. Not knowing exactly what is wrong, I can not quote any more until we can look at it.

We do not buy used appliances, however, we are happy to recycle them for you. If you have old appliances you would like to recycle please drop them off on the south side of our building in front of one of the garage door bays. If you drop off your old appliances during business hours there is usually someone who can assist you with unloading it, just ask for help at the front counter.
We are happy to recycle your used appliances, and yes this is a free service. You may drop off your used appliance on the south side of our building in front of the big garage door bay. If you come during business hours let us know if you need help unloading your appliance.

Yes, they have parts you can install yourself or they can do it for you. You can bring your appliance to them or they can come to you. They do a fantastic job and are willing to answer any questions you might have on how to install it yourself! I've installed myself and have had them come to my house to do repairs.
