Max was very helpful when my package was running late and I had lost my receipt with the tracking number, he was able to pull it in the system and texted me photos of the status and helped me find the package in transit. He went out of his way to help and I appreciate that. They also have a Florist in the shop and make amazing Bouquets. Definitely check this place out, its a hidden Thousand Oaks Gem.
