A few things: The bacon that came with our waffles was not completely cooked through, and for some reason it was ver sweet and spicy? The waffles tasted great no complaints there. Our server was friendly but we didn't see her again after we got our food. Nobody came around the tables asking if anyone needs a coffee refill. So basically spent $4 for a coffee and didn't even get a refill on it. My boyfriend ordered and orange juice that cost $5, and it was the smallest thing of OJ I've ever seen in my life. There was no air conditioning so guests are sitting there burning up. The food took well over 35-40 minutes to come out from the kitchen and it wasn't even peak hour anymore. Honestly other than the waffles we were super disappointed, not worth the money you have to spend on their menu choices when you can't even get a refill of coffee. I miss the old harolds.

Terrible quality. Their omelettes taste like they were made at a hotel (puffy without flavoring). Their fajitas do not taste like fajitas, rather just like chicken and vegetables. The cheese they used in their grilled cheese was absolutely disgusting. A standard IHOP or fast food drive in is way better.

Says they open at 7:00am every day. Showed up on a Sunday and walked up the open the door just after 7, locked. Hung out for about 10 minutes, no one. No sign of anyone inside or any lights on. Thank you for wasting my time. UPDATE: Not just once! we tried a second time on a Wednesday. We arrived about 15 minutes after "Open" time and noticed another couple getting into their car and leaving. Not only that, one of their employees was waiting outside tapping on the window and banging on the front door. No sign of life. This place is a joke and the owner isn't taking owning a business seriously. I don't see the Harold's re-boot staying open very long.
