Made an appointment, only to get there and be turned away. Even had the audacity to pretend like I imagined the conversation which doesn’t even make sense because how would I have known any of their names if I never spoke to anyone? I personally gave up because I wouldn’t trust anyone with my car who can’t even manage to keep appointments.

I needed a new battery. I thought they could just swap out the old for a new. As soon as they saw me leave they called and said "We can't do the job because of electrical problems". I came right back and they said "We did it, we figured it out". I paid, I get the car and power steering is not working, AC not working, engine stalling, all lights are showing. I arrived with just a battery light and car running and steering smoothly.

Was told I needed brakes and rotors both front and back total cost would be $1238.I took my car to two other certified mechanics who stated that I didn't need brakes and rotors. It seems like just because I am woman they thought that they could get over. Always get a second and third opinion. Very disappointed 😞😞😞😞!!!!!!
