Ignore these negative reviews because they are simply NOT true!! Juan and his wife are awesome. I have been depending on them for years and they NEVER fail to come through. I have shipped hundreds of packages with them. They are always attentive to my needs and always helpful if I have a shipping issue. I have never been treated with anything but compassion and respect. I 100% recommend this location for ALL of your shipping needs.

I have been renting a mailbox at this location for at least 10 years, starting with my business and now for personal use. I am very satisfied with the excellent service Juan and Zora provide on a daily basis. They are always courteous, responsive and professional. I know my merchandise is safe and in good hands and I never have to worry. I think most people do not appreciate the level of service they provide and the long hours they work.

By far the nastiest owner I have ever seen and for no reason at all. Every single time I have been there. She acts like she does you a favor. I’d rather drive out of my way to a different store than to give her my business.

I agree. This is an awful store. I will never go back there. They refused to take an Amazon.com drop-off return. It was the kind that you could just drop off and let them scan a printed square scan image that doesn't require you to print a label and box the item. But they told me they couldn't take it without a box and label. This was false!!! I dropped it off the next day at the UPS store on Oakland Park which is a wonderful store with really nice people and they accepted the Amazon return with no problem.
