Outstanding police services and highly professional officers. I always say hello and speak with LEO's if appropriate. Every officer I have spoken with over many years are just great. Great job FLPD & Stay safe. We the people support you.

Aside from the officer who gave my husband a hard time at a traffic stop a few months ago, I’ve only had positive experiences with the Fort Lauderdale police department. They are polite, quick to respond, communicative and professional. Shout out to officer McGuiness for his help yesterday!

Yes, FLPD has many Spanish speaking Officers
Hey Nancy. contact police station in which they would have info from police report
Can I ask for a wellness check on my gentleman friend? We usually talk or text dally and I can't reach him ....I'm very worried...he's elderly, and has a limp
Go to the Police Station and share this kind of information with someone over there. They will certainly help you in the best possible manner. Death threats are a very serious problem so if it's recorded on your voicemail it has legal value.
You don't necessarily need a cop, just go to the courthouse and ask for directions to the office that handles protection orders.
the existing police report was issued on the day of the vehicle accident. the person died as a direct result. corpus juris states that "anyone driving down a road, not stopping for and running thru a stop sign when death results therefrom, it is now classified as vehicular manslaughter." can the police report be revised to show the same?
Hit and run should be reported by calling 911. They'll direct you properly if need be.
Hi Dottie. It is my understanding that the police can help checking on someone that is not responding to the relatives and could be in danger, but you need to provide name and address. If you don't know his address or contact information you might need to use other tools online to find him. If he possibly owns a property you can search his address in bcpa.net or check if he is in Broward County Public Records database.
No
I would go to the sheriff's office down the street. 2601 W. Broward Blvd.
Call and find out.

Look on city of ft lauderdale website.
If it's not terribly expensive maybe you should buy it. If it proves to be yours, via serial number or something, you can turn it over for evidence. Have your case number handy and REMEMBER, cops don't go out looking for stolen stuff. It's almost a nuisance to them. The more leg work you do yourself, the better! Good luck. Call the guy working the case, like Andy said, and leave several messages as they don't typically consider recovering stolen goods a high priority, unfortunately.
Yes you can call any towing company most towing companies will tow it away at the owners expense
If you can pay for it yourself you simply need to go. But if you mean for them to sponsor you then thats a different story.
