Their concrete box settles on the customer side and snaps the pipe and then put it on the customer to repair it. π If there is an alternative option for water I would choose it. Passive rain collection is even looking pretty good compared to these unprofessionals.

It is my understanding there was a boil water order for all
Samples are pulled 2 days in a row and read 24 hours after pulled. 72 hours after the first sample is pulled the boil water notice should be lifted if all samples pass. It would be unusual for a sample to fsil

We are updating our system and will hopefully be up and working soon. We can provide reads a different way but you need to call the office at 561-627-2900.
It would better to call them directly if they are your service provider. There could be a multitude of things that can cause this.
