This is the 3rd time in less than 1 month that they are shutting down my water, with auto payments and yes they are taking the money out of my bank , I was 3 days ago at the water utilities office thinking maybe like that is different because calling is imposible you wait on hold x 3 o 4 hours and her answer was “I don’t know”, I’m pregnant and they don’t care , is I go off of work at 6:00 pm so impossible to solve something till tomorrow, last time it was a complete weekend w/o water , so unprofessional, irresponsible , I paid my bills and stil shut down my water Twice this week and last week once , this is ridiculous. Worse service ever 🤬😡

If I could leave zero stars I would. The water department customer service is terrible! Super unprofessional. Was on hold for 20+ mins and when they answered one lady placed the phone on the desk her name was Carol and she proceeded to have multiple conversations/assist others while the phone was still connected. I heard atleast 3 other in person transactions. I called a separate time to pay a water bill and they woman on the phone was very helpful but there was another woman in the back yelling at her not to take calls. The woman assisting me had to tell her multiple times that she was speaking with a customer.

I work for another city. I live in Palm Springs. Have for 30 years my area use to be wpb. Palm Springs is the worst. I live here cause I was raised near by. The best way to change how the office is handled is to send a report to them then the county. If enough people fight and report these people for neglect they will be replaced. This can't be done by 10-50 people. It has to be the whole city voting to change the people ruining our city services. If you have had issues regarding trash recycling or bulk. Report to the s.w.a., after reporting to Palm springs. I would love to see positive changes but it starts by being a community.
