I just walked into the store...walked all around the store and not one person acknowledged my presence. I was prepared to purchase 4 items. Living room sofa, chair, loveseat and one item on clearance. So I just walked out and decided to write this review before I left the parking lot. There were at least 3 people that saw me and the only customer in the place. Please do better.

SECOND BIG PURCHASE HERE! : Checked out these guys again, looking for a new bedroom set this time. I was not disappointed! Kim was very patient and helpful, providing answers to all my questions. Purchased 5, quality pieces at a very fair price, and yes, I shopped around. Check these guys out already! I am sure you will like the products, prices, and service as I do... And by the way, my office furniture from nearly 4 years ago is still looking and working great! PREVIOUS POST: I work frequently from home and I was looking for some solid quality home office furniture which I have been unable to find at Staples, Office Max, or the typical department store. These guys do not stock much but they have a large selection available that will arrive in days. I explained to Jared what I was after, he showed me some samples and put together a great home office for me at what I feel was a very fair price for the quality. Very happy with these folks. A little out of the way for me but I will definitely make this my a stop for furniture from now on. RECOMMEND!

At IFR, we follow CDC guidelines required to assist in slowing the spread of the virus. We require masks be properly worn at all times within our store and offices. We require customers and employees to social distance while in our building. Throughout our showroom, we display signage on where customers should stand to practice social distancing as well as signs for reminders while browsing the furniture. We also provide hygienic mattress shields for our customers to use while testing out our various mattresses. Hand sanitizer is provided immediately when you walk into our lobby, as well as other stations throughout our store. We also clean, sanitize and disinfect public spaces and workspaces to prevent infection. As our standard policy on the Rental and Clearance Center side of our business, all items are sanitized and cleaned per state requirements before each rental/purchase.
