IT’S FAIR TO PAY FOR YOUR EXPENSIVE FOOD. I am a new customer and got the takeout. I am so picky with foods because of my allergies, and the host lady was so patient and explained to me so well. She has a British accent, and she might be 13-15 years old. I like genuine kids, and your restaurant is so brilliant. You guys were so busy that night. I love the environment inside the kitchen. However, I accidentally witnessed a server lady talking to the host. Sorry I have mental issues with fair control; in my opinion, the server was too much, and this is too hard to me to stand for it, so allow me to report. Making a mistake is human. Whatever mistake, nobody was born to be mistreated, like being loud, pointed, saying F words, and disrespectful to someone like that even a kid. I was so disappointed because I thought the staff would also work professionally. I would assume that server was a boss since she didn’t want to listen to the host and make the host be little by the server. The host was busy in the kitchen, but she wasn’t disrespectful to someone that annoying her. For me, this host is out of the world because she can handle the stress and still work so well, like taking care of customers’ food. The delicious food can make some people (like me) curious about inside the kitchen of the restaurant I still want to give you five stars because I love your food so much, and I haven’t seen a kid defend herself, but I still respect the rude lady. Your restaurant is perfect, so I hope the boss is another perfect one to organize the staff. The server works as a server and the host functions as a host. I want to see the host lady again. I sincerely believe that your restaurant can keep developing every day. I definitely will come back to dine in by chance. Thank you for treating the world the delicious food.

Somi's Crab Meat Noodle Soup (with extra lime) is hands down one of the best dishes I've had. I've enjoyed it dozens of times over the years, so it's time I left a review. The soup consists of a rich tomato, chicken, and (iirc) pork broth served with tender shrimp, blanched tomatoes, rich pork meatballs, golden-brown fried tofu that's tender on the inside, amazingly chewy rice noodles (thicker and yummier than vermicelli), minced crab meat, and a variety mild onions and garnishes. It's both hearty and refreshing, especially if you request extra lime. It's accompanied with bean sprouts and purple cabbage, which add texture and color to an already colorful soup. This soup is especially delicious after a hike or a workout. - Note: the shrimp is tender about 4/5 times. If you get relatively unlucky (I say relatively because it's still delicious), give it another try :)

We arrived fairly early in the evening and got seated right away. The service was friendly and quick. Our spring rolls and summer rolls were excellent as well as the short rib rice plate. As the evening went on things seemed to get pretty crowded so be prepared to wait.
