Worst visitors attention in the area. Very rude in order to help you up to the apartments and for the 2 times here you can be in front of them that they keep talking by phone or with another person if that's the case.

Lived here over 3 years. They would not refund my security deposit. Made up fictitious charge amount that did not match invoices from 3rd party that supposedly performed repairs on the apartment. Would not return my repeated email requests or phone calls to provide statements or show proof of damage. I rented for 3 years, never late on payment. I would not recommend based on move out experience. This is the first time I have rented and ever had a security deposit not returned in my 22 years of renting. Also my apartment flooded within my first 2 months causing water damage. Was not refunded a for damage down to rugs or furniture. Had 24/7 noisy industrial fans in hallway for over 3 weeks trying to dry out hallway.

is the worst management of a rental building seen in miami i work in the whole area miami i have never seen bad management you are impossible to talk on the phone it is impossible for you to talk to people in management especially when i talked to kristina she was talking in spanish later she says she doesn't speak spanish anymore and she had no manners with people i will never take a customer in that building it was very poorly attended
