Seems to be unorganized management, our supposed spot was filled by non paying renters,who payed up last minute. So they got to stay,until they get behind again I suppose.

You cannot live here year round. There is a year waiting list to get in. You might be able to talk to the owner and see if there is any for sale. I have thought about selling mine but im not sure if you could keep the spot. Call the office.
You would have to call. Different depending on where it is (lakefront etc.). It stays pretty full so you would have to inquire with the owners because leases are signed yearly so they would know of any openings or anticipated openings.
They generally do not do full time but might make an exception if you talked to them
