Our dryer died about a month. We recently replaced the heat element. Rick was very helpful when we went to buy a new dryer! We were explaining to him about the heat element and he was sure that the thermal fuse went out. He gave us a thermal fuse and explained how to fix! Worked like a charm. Will be working with them again!! It's great that you can find such incredible customer service 🙌🙌

Your company was recommended to see if you can help me. Do you haul off dead appliances? I have a dead 25 year old upright freezer. It needs to go out to the special section of the dump to take care of the freon. Please let me know. Thank you.

I'm not sure what Precision can do for you. I was y there to what they had. Which was over priced used appliances. But can't you take to a metal recycling place. Or just have the D. I. picm it up.
